SPEAKING ENGAGEMENTS
Water Treatment Industry
All topics are built from case studies from 100,000+ hours of personal work experience and ones taken from peer reviewed research in sales. Some of the best research comes from Harvard, Princeton, Yale and the London School of Business.
All conversations will be collaborative, and any Powerpoint will be simple in design. After all, blessed are the brief.
Complete synopsis and examples of what will be presented, designed specific to you.
Topics for Professional Business
1. How to construct & present proposals.
2. How to interview, and the qualities of a great Territory Manager (and ones to avoid).
3. Handling client crisis: Be they political or engineering based, you can renew the relationship and save the client. This has been the most requested topic so far.
4. Developing personnel and being in sales is being open to new people.
5. Managing clients from service to entertainment.
6. Case studies and problems from the group. Highly engaged and interactive. These can even be held before or after the meeting in a more private environment.
Speaking Engagement & Consulting Rates
1. At your sales meeting, available all day, any number of topics or experiences. Speaking fee is $900 per day plus travel expenses. I like arriving the evening before, no speaking fee charges, to avoid travel delays. We will have a preliminary discussion to tailor the presentations.
Here is the promise, if you feel what was presented was not of value, the speaking fee is refunded.
2. Consulting at Clients. $500 per day plus travel expenses. Strong experience in all aspects of water treatment with direct experience in Hospital, Food & Beverage, Ethanol, Power, Medium sized Industry (i.e. plastics, electronics, medical instruments, steel, Universities, Office Building Complexes, Data Centers, and much more). My career was as a ‘generalist’ across multiple industry types. This includes solving water treatment problems, plant surveys and plant audits, as well. Plant audits will demonstrate where improvements can be made, sales opportunities you are missing and cite where your competition would leverage the account from you.
3. Territory & District Reviews at $500 per day plus travel expenses. If you have underperformance, we’ll supply analytics and processes to move forward. It’s never just one thing, it’s rarely obvious and the path forward is often simply a focused cooperative effort. Yet, at times, a difficult truth, or two, is revealed. The good thing is, you’ll know.
